Church Profile
New Life Church International is pastored by Pastors Darnell and
Charlene Williams
We believe that New Life Church International is a church called by
God to be a place of refuge, where people can receive healing and
deliverance for every area of their lives. We are called to be
lights in a dark world, taking Jesus Christ to those who don't know
Him. We commit ourselves to being a people of faith and love,
reaching out in evangelism to our family, friends, and neighbors in
Lima, northwest Ohio, and the whole world. We are committed to
telling them of God's love and demonstrating that love by good works
of practical ministry and supernatural manifestations of God's
goodness in healing the sick and oppressed. We also commit ourselves
to making disciples of all who will follow Jesus Christ, helping
them to find and fulfill God's plan for their lives, sending forth
laborers into the harvest. To God be all the glory and praise!
Our History
New Life Church International was birthed out of the Charismatic
renewal movement. Beginning as a bible study, the ministry
served to impart and instruct believers in the spirit filled life.
The church was formally organized as The Bible Teaching Center on
the first Sunday of August 1982, later named Living Waters World
Outreach Center. LWWOC was known as a powerful word of faith,
teaching, prophetic, and apostolic voice to the west central region
of Ohio.
The ministry is one
of strong diversity - racially, economically, socially, and
culturally.
The church has
been blessed with strong pastoral leadership.
- Pastors Marc and Delia Curry
- Pastor Donita Warren
- Pastors Darnell and Charlene
Williams
LWWOC underwent another name change
in 1997 to New Life Church International.
Functioning as an apostolic
ministry, NLCI has been blessed to plant churches in Findlay and
Mansfield, Ohio and Marion, Indiana.
The church has a strong commitment
to missions with past outreaches to Kenya, Haiti and Trinidad.
We celebrate the church's rich
heritage and we anticipate the new chapters yet to be written by
the move, direction and miraculous power of the Holy Spirit.
