The main goal of youth ministry is to develop young people so they become spiritually mature Christians who affect their generation for Jesus. This is to be accomplished by:

1. Teaching the principles of the Word that young people can relate to in a way that is interesting, dynamic, and fun.
2. Providing an atmosphere of trust where young people can fellowship, have fun, and foster healthy relationship among their peers.
3. Challenge young people to get out of their comfort zones through outreach and evangelism so that they become the major influence in their generation.
4. Preparing and mentoring young people for life after high school by developing natural talents simultaneously with spiritual gifts.
